Yann Quéméneur holds a degree in food engineering from the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC) as well as a master’s degree in agro-industry administration from ESSEC Business School in France. He lived for seven years in Latin America (Argentina) during a previous stage of his career. He started working for Intersnack in 2006 as purchasing manager for several tree nuts, raisins and dried fruits, before becoming category manager for oil, pistachios and almonds. He has been involved with peanuts since 2016. With a team of 15 people, he now manages the global sourcing of a wide range of raw food materials and ingredients, including all tree nuts (except cashews).
