Brenton was appointed to Almondco Australia as company Sales & Marketing Manager in 2001 and was promoted to Group General Manager in late 2002. In 2012, he was appointed by the Almondco board of directors to the key role of Managing Director.
Brenton continues to manage a period of significant supply and business growth and ongoing success in Almondco’s long 80-year history. Brenton’s strong advocacy for market access and diversification in global trade has helped position Australian almond products as a counter-seasonal, quality procurement option on the world stage.
Brenton has served as a Marketing Diretor on the Almond Board of Australia (ABA) from 2003 to 2022, holding the role of Chairperson from 2007 to 2009. He was also appointed to the Australian Nut Industry Council (ANIC) from 2004 and held the position of President of ANIC from 2006 to 2009.
