Since 1998, Declan has served as the Managing Director of Trumps, which is an Australian Food Importing and Processing /Packing business based in Brisbane. Trumps is a third generation family business and Declan has been involved in the Nut & Dried Fruit Industry for his entire career. Throughout his youth he worked fulfilling almost every role in the business, which has provided a great understanding of all areas of operations. Completing a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and an MBA has provided the technical knowledge to set him, and the business up for success. Declan is also an INC Ambassador for Australia.
