Cheng Lu is the deputy general manager of CHK Trading Co., Ltd. He graduated from the University of Southern California in 2010 with Economics major and minoring in Mathematical Finance. After working in a furniture export company in California and the Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, he decided to join his family business which has 51 years background in tree nuts industries from his father Mr. Cheng Hung Kay, who started his food trading, processing, manufacturing destiny since 1973. In recent years, the company has taken one more step on the farming side —they farm pistachios and macadamias in Australia.
