Ben has over 20 years of senior management experience in Agriculture and is currently the CEO of Marquis Macadamias responsible for the management of two modern facilities processing the largest volume of Macadamias in Australia. Recent structural changes to the company now see Ben responsible for the sales and marketing of the macadamia products these facilities produce. He has worked in key domestic and international management roles throughout his career, including heading businesses with major operations in the United States and Mexico. Ben holds a Degree in Applied Science from the University of Queensland and a Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
