Richard has been involved with macadamias since 2005. He is a former chair of the Australia Macadamia Marketing Committee, past secretary of the Australian Macadamia Handlers Association and a foundational director of the World Macadamia Organisation.
As part of the wider tree nut industry, Richard has been a director of the Australian Nut Industry Council since 2006 (chair 2012-2014) and is a member of the National Pecan Shellers Association (USA).
Stahmann Webster is a grower, processor and packer of macadamias, pecans and walnuts and a grower of almonds, with operations extending throughout eastern Australia. As Chief Commercial Officer, Richard exercises strategic oversight of all tradeable commodities.
