David Rosenblatt received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with honors from Vanderbilt University in 1971 and his MBA from Georgia State in 1973 while employed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Upon graduation, he was employed by Law Engineering Testing Company before starting a property management company on his own in 1977.

After the untimely death of his father-in-law, Richard Franco, he moved to the New York area and began his nearly 44 year tenure at the Richard Franco Agency.
