Feristah Miray Usta is a member of the board and the director of Usta Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., which is one of the largest dried fruit processors and exporters in Turkey. She is the third generation of this family company. She graduated from Business Administration in Turkey and she has a Business Marketing degree from Coventry University in the United Kingdom. She has been active in the dried fruit industry for more than 20 years. Miray held a previous position in the production, quality, account, and finance department of this business. After getting experience in all these departments, she started to focus on sales in the export department in 2001. She knows that success in sales comes from knowing well the product in detail. Her approach to her career goes from being innovative, working hard and being fair, growing together and adapting, to the changes that come with becoming an entrepreneur.
