Wilson currently serves as General Manager of Healthy Food Ltd., a leading importer, manufacturer, wholesaler, and retailer behind brands like Krisca and Wownut. With over 15 years of experience in the nut industry, Wilson elevated the company one of China’s first pistachio importers into a globally recognized name. Wilson also found Aelia Mooncakes, redefining traditional recipes with pistachios and other nuts. Passionate about innovation, he actively promotes value-added pistachio ingredients —such as pistachio paste, meal, dices, and slices— across Hong Kong and China.
