Born and raised in Turkey, Guillaume lived, studied and worked in several EU countries before joining the 200-year-old family business in Izmir 30 years ago. He is a Business Graduate from exelia La Rochelle, France. In 1994, he backpacked across Latin America. In 2010, he became Managing Director of Pagysa and Nova Fruits Int. He has two children, who both joined the business as the 10th generation.
