Who Came?
Dear INC friends,
The 40th World Nut and Dried Fruit Congress, the flagship event of the International Nut and Dried Fruit Council (INC), took place in London from May 22-24. Nearly 1,300 attendees from 65 countries gathered at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London to share ideas on market development, the latest findings in health and nut allergy research, and the sustainable growth of the industry.
Throughout the three days, industry experts examined the current state of the market, key trends, and future outlook, giving participants the best industry insights available. And as in previous events, the Congress program included a set of roundtables for each nut and dried fruit, seminars on nutrition and sustainability, keynote speeches from respected experts, and an exclusive program of social events held at the most iconic London spots, allowing attendees to network with industry professionals.
London is recognized as one of the leading global hubs for finance, trade, and business and the city is consistently at the forefront of innovation, making it a prime destination for the INC Congress.

DESTINATION & HOTELS
In 2025, the INC Congress was held at the stunning location of Mallorca. Situated right on the seafront, the main event took place at the Palma Convention Center. Inspired by the Mediterranean waves and gleaming sunlight, the convention center stood as a flagship for sustainability. And Mallorca itself, an island with turquoise blue waters, secret coves, soft golden sands, rugged mountains, picturesque villages, and a vibrant capital city, offered a breathtaking setting. What more could we say but, we were delighted to welcome everyone to Mallorca!
