SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS CANCELLATION POLICY : 

For cancellation made before December 31, 2024 a 10% administration fee will be charged. Any cancellations received from January 1 to March 15, 2025, a 50% administrative fee will apply. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 15, 2025. To cancel, you must send a written notification and receive written confirmation from the INC Secretariat. Please note that changes to the event’s content, schedule, or location due to unforeseen circumstances do not entitle you to a refund. The organizers are not responsible for transportation disruptions or delays; the standard cancellation policies still apply in such cases.

 

INSURANCE: 

Sponsorship and Exhibitor fees do not include insurance of any kind. The Sponsor and/or the Exhibitor assume full responsibility to obtain and maintain General Liability Insurance during the INC Congress. The Sponsor and/or the

Exhibitor understand that neither the INC nor the Congress venue maintain insurance covering Sponsor and/or Exhibitor’s properties or bodily injuries.
