Mallikarjuna Kumaraswamy has 14 years of commodities experience with Olam Food Ingredients (ofi). He was part of the Côte d’Ivoire team for nine years, where he was involved in large-scale cashew processing and raw nut trading. As head of APAC nut sales, he gained experience in the sales of all nuts. In his latest assignment, he leads ofi’s hazelnuts business in Türkiye and is based out of Istanbul.
