Ellie Osman is the Managing Director of Minerva Global Limited, a UK-based leader in field-to-fork solutions for the agri-food industry. Under her leadership, the company exports over 70,000 metric tons of almonds annually from the USA, Australia, and Spain, and has earned recognition including HSBC’s Exporter of the Year and inclusion in the London Stock Exchange Group’s “1000 Companies to Inspire Britain.”
A strong advocate for industry leadership, Ellie chairs the Nut and Dried Fruit Trade Association, is Vice President of FRUCOM, and contributes to UK government trade groups, including DEFRA and the UK India Business Council.
In 2024, she was named one of only 25 female Superscalers in the UK. She leads a multilingual global team across London, Rotterdam, Barcelona, Paris, Shanghai, and India, exemplifying her commitment to international collaboration and growth. Ellie’s visionary leadership continues to drive Minerva’s global success in the agri-food export market.
