Vittorio Friedmann has been in the nut and dried fruit industry since 1990. He started his career as a trader at Cargill Türkiye. After becoming a commercial manager, he oversaw the construction of a hazelnut processing plant, the establishment of the plant’s supply chain, and the acquisition of target customers. He moved to Voicevale UK in 2001 as a senior trader. He is currently the lead trader for hazelnuts and manages vine fruits, apricot kernels and fruit pastes. He is the father of a son who works as a digital designer as well as a teenage daughter. He holds an MBA in International Management from Istanbul University.
