The welcome cocktail will be hosted across the impressive Galaxy Grand Resort Deck and the elegant Oasis Ballroom, offering a seamless blend of outdoor energy and indoor sophistication. Set against the backdrop of a spectacular artificial wave pool, the welcome cocktail offers the perfect setting to reconnect, network, and unwind. Delegates will enjoy an evening of fine hors d’oeuvres, refreshing drinks, and vibrant entertainment in a cheerful, open-air atmosphere—an inviting start to a dynamic and engaging Congress experience.
Congress participants will have the opportunity to walk through the Galaxy Resort shopping mall to reach the venue, a 10–15 minute walk with hostesses marking the way, to the Grand Resort Deck entrance. Buses will also be available for participants, departing from the GICC starting at 5:30 PM.

Organized around the theme “West Meets East,” this evening celebrates the unique cultural richness of Macao, shaped by its Portuguese heritage and strong Oriental influence. Following a convenient bus transfer from the Galaxy International Convention Center, guests will enjoy a delightful dinner in a relaxed and elegant setting, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind and connect.
As part of the experience, guests will have the opportunity to visit the Observation Deck, offering breathtaking 360° views of Macao and the Pearl River Delta—an ideal moment to take in the skyline and capture memorable photos. Access to the Observation Deck will be available throughout the evening, with hostesses organizing small groups and accompanying guests who wish to go up.
For those who prefer to enjoy the views before dinner, early buses will depart from the GICC starting at 6:00 pm, allowing guests to arrive at the Macao Tower ahead of time and take in the scenery at a more leisurely pace. Additional buses will run later for convenience, as the venue is just 20 minutes away. Dinner will be served from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
The evening event will take place at the iconic Macao Tower, a 338-meter landmark inaugurated in 2001 and renowned for its magnificent panoramic views from the 223-meter observation level. Under the theme Macao Fiesta: Colors of the Orient, guests will enjoy an immersive atmosphere filled with locally inspired activities, including photo moments with traditional rickshaws, karaoke, fortune-telling, and Chinese calligraphy as a memorable takeaway. Upon arrival, attendees will also be invited to experience the breathtaking 360-degree night view of the city from the tower’s stunning glass-encased observation decks.

This will be followed by a formal dinner in the State-of-the-art Galaxy International Convention Center, a venue that seamlessly blends innovation and prestige. As tradition, the evening will conclude with a farewell celebration of music, dancing, and camaraderie, bringing the congress to a memorable close.
