After a number of years in the footwear industry, as a Marketing Manager at NIKE and working as a Vice President for such companies as Diadora, Hi-Tee Sports, and Teva, he turned his interest to the almond industry, as Director, Marketing and Communications for the Almond Board of California. He then went to work for Campos Brothers Farms and has had the privilege of working for the Campos Family the past 21+ years. Mr. Duerr sits on the Board of Directors for the Specialty Crop Trade Council, and The Fresno Resiliency Center.
