Cheng Lu is Deputy General Manager of CHK Trading Co., Ltd. A University of Southern California graduate (2010, Economics major, Mathematical Finance minor), he gained experience at a California furniture exporter and the Beijing Chamber of Commerce before joining the family business. Founded by his father Mr. Cheng Hung Kay in 1973, the company has over 53 years of history in tree nut trading, processing, and manufacturing. CHK has since expanded into farming, growing pistachios and macadamias in Australia.
