    Registered delegates must be full-time employees of the signed company.

    Only ONE First Member Delegate per company.

    Delegates registration includes sessions, all day coffees, lunches and evening social events.

    Accompanying persons registration includes morning tours, if marked, with lunch, and evening social events.

    3% extra charge applies for payments by American Express.

    21% VAT applies to all registrations for accompanying persons and for participants from Spanish companies.

* When registering to attend the congress, delegates must register under the name of the company by which they are directly employed. Delegates are not permitted to register under the name of any other company, including but not limited to companies with which they have close ties, collaborate, represent, or work with on a regular basis. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of congress registration.

Delegate:

A delegate is eligible to access to the conference sessions and exhibition area, all meetings, all-day coffees, lunches and evening social events. There can only be one first delegate per company.

Accompanying Person:

An accompanying persons is a family or non-business person accompanying a delegate. They are NOT eligible to enter the congress area. The program for the accompanying persons includes two optional tours with lunch included as well as all evening social events.
