Nuts & Oil Crops Directorate (NOCD) is an arm of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Authority (AFFA) that develops, promotesa nd regulates nuts and oil crops industry in Kenya. AFFA is a state corporation in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries that consolidates the laws on the regulation and promotion of agriculture and makes provision for the respective roles. NOCD focuses on: Coconut, Macadamias, Cashews, Peanuts, Bambara Nuts, Sunflower, Pistachios, Sesame, Rapeseed and oils.
