The Almond Board of Australia is the peak body for Australia’s almond growers, processors and exporters. The key exporters are Almondco Australia, Bright Light Agribusiness, Olam Food Ingredients (OFI), Nut Producers Australia (NPA) and Select Harvests Limited. Australian almonds are available as inshell and kernel. The Australian almond exporters also offer a full range of added-value almond products: blanched whole almonds, flaked and slivered almonds, almond meal, almond butter and almond paste.
