The INC World Nut & Dried Fruit Congress is the only international event solely dedicated to the entire nut and dried fruit industry. This event is organized to bring together the leaders of the sector to discuss the hottest topics and latest market insights. The INC is the international umbrella organization for the nut and dried fruit industry. Its members include more than 900 nut and dried fruit sector companies from over 85 countries. The INC\u2019s mission is to stimulate and facilitate sustainable growth in the global nut and dried fruit industry. The global expansion of the nut industry began in 1980 with the First World Tree Nut Congress in Reus, Spain. This marked the first large international gathering of business people in the sector with the objective of standardizing criteria and uniting efforts in the task of promoting and improving their professional work. It was at this moment that the INC Congress was born, although the INC would not be officially founded until 1983 with the signing of the Charter in Paris.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The second Congress was held in 1982 in Sorrento, Italy, and the third took place in 1983 in Sacramento, USA. As the years continued to pass, the Congress remained a consistent event. Nearly 40 World Nut and Dried Fruit Congress have now taken place and they continue to be the most highly anticipated event for the sector. Throughout the years the Congress has been hosted by more than 20 countries in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Oceania and continues to grow, now regularly reaching over 1,000 participants.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
