CONGRESS & REGISTRATION

What are the congress rates?

INC Members

Early Bird Rates:

  • First Delegate: €2,190
  • Additional Delegate: €1,990

Payment must be received by February 15, 2026, to qualify for Early Bird rates. Registrations received after this date will be subject to Regular or Last Chance rates.

Regular Rates:

  • First Delegate: €2,490
  • Additional Delegate: €2,390

Payment must be received by March 31, 2026, to qualify for Regular rates. Registrations received after this date will automatically move to Last Chance rates.

Last Chance Rates:

  • First Delegate: €2,790
  • Additional Delegate: €2,690

 

Accompanying Person Rates (An accompanying person is a guest attending social events but not the main sessions of the congress):

  • Early Bird and Regular: €1,450 (Payment must be received by March 31, 2026, to qualify).
  • Last Chance: €1,550 (applicable after April 1, 2026).

Note: Payments made after the specified deadlines will incur the higher corresponding fee tier.

Non-Members

Regular Rates:

  • Non-Members: €3,550

Payment must be received by March 31, 2026.

How can I register for the INC Congress?

You can register online here.

To process your registration, the form must be fully completed. Non-member delegates are also required to provide the additional requested information.

A confirmation email will be sent only after payment is received, which must be made upon receiving the invoice.

From May 1, 2026, INC Member registrations may be accepted on-site, subject to availability.

Can I attend the Congress if I am not an INC Member?

Yes, non-members can register as soon as registration opens. And until March 31, 2026. Please note that non-member fees are higher, and all registrations require prior approval from INC leadership to confirm attendance. This process can take up to 6–8 weeks. 

Can I register on-site in Macao?

On-site registration at the Congress venue is available exclusively for INC members and will only be accepted if capacity permits. Non-members are not eligible for on-site registration. To secure your spot, we strongly encourage you to register in advance.

Badge collection will take place at the Congress venue in Macao, starting on May 10, 2026. Please refer to the program for the schedule. On-site payments are credit card only; cash will not be accepted.

What happens if I am registered for the Congress but unable to attend?

If a registered delegate is unable to attend, the INC offers a complimentary name-change service, allowing a colleague from the same company to take their place. To request a name change, please contact congress@nutfruit.org at your earliest convenience. Name changes are available until April 25, 2026. 

If a name change is not possible, the standard cancellation policy will apply. 

What are the cancellation policies?

The cancellation policy for delegates is as follows:  

  • Cancellations received by December 31, 2025: Full refund. 
  • Cancellations received from January 1 to March 31, 2026: Refund minus 10% administrative fee. 
  • Cancellations from April 1, 2026, onward, including no-shows: No refunds, regardless of the reason.  

If you cannot attend, a substitute delegate from your company may take your place, provided they are registered before April 25, 2026. 

Please note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing and are considered approved only upon receiving written confirmation from the INC. In circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, it may be necessary to modify the event’s content, schedule, or venue. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund. The organizers are not responsible for transportation disruptions or delays affecting individual attendees. In such cases, the standard cancellation policy will remain in effect. 

What does the Delegates’ registration include?

Delegate registration includes access to the conference and exhibition areas, all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, and three evening social events.

What does the Accompanying Person’s registration include?

The Accompanying Persons’ registration does not include access to the main congress area and congress sessions. This registration covers all evening social events and two optional morning tours, which include lunch. If you wish for an accompanying person to participate in the tours, please indicate your preference on the congress registration form.

Do the registration fees include any kind of insurance?

Registration fees do not include any form of insurance. The Congress organizers are not responsible for arranging medical, travel, or personal insurance for participants and are not responsible for any participant failing to do so. Attendees are strongly advised to secure their own coverage. When contracting insurance, please ensure that coverage is accurate and in accordance with the activities to be carried out during the Congress.

The organizers are not liable for any necessary changes, including modifications to tour itineraries, due to flight delays, cancellations, or other circumstances beyond their control.

The host organization and its suppliers are not liable for personal accidents, losses, or damage to attendees’ property during the Congress.

Are one-day passes available?

One-day tickets are not available. All registrations are for the full three-day congress and related events.

Are passes available for the exhibition area only?

Our delegate tickets provide general admission to the entire event, including all sessions and exhibition areas. We do not offer separate tickets for individual sections.

How can I contact Congress participants prior to the event?

You can connect with fellow delegates before the event via the Online Congress Meeting Point, a networking platform available to all confirmed delegates once registration is complete and fees are paid. Accessible through the congress website, the platform will be available before, during, and after the event. Please note that only participants who have paid the relevant fees will appear in the Online Meeting Point.

How do I collect my Congress badge? Is the confirmation email required?

A personal badge is required for access to all congress events. To receive your badge, you must be fully registered and have paid all fees. Badges are collected at the registration desk on-site.

There is no need to bring the confirmation email. You may present a business card or another form of identification with your name/details.

Can I request food based on my special dietary requirements?

Specific food requests (Kosher, Halal, and Vegetarian) can only be accommodated for the Gala Dinner, as it is a plated meal. All other meals, including coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners, will be buffet-style. Kindly indicate your preferences on the registration form.

When will the registration desk open?

On-site registration will open on Sunday, May 10 until Thursday, May 14. Please consult the program for registration hours.

Is it necessary to arrive the day before the congress?

While not mandatory, it is highly recommended to arrive before the official congress opening day. To avoid queues, you can register and collect your badge the two days before the Congress begins. If you have a booth, you may also set it up the day prior to the event.

What language is used at the Congress?

All congress sessions, social events, and instructions will be conducted in English.

What is the dress code for the Congress?

Business attire is recommended for the congress sessions. For social events, we suggest cocktail attire for the welcome reception, smart casual for the casual buffet dinner, and black tie or traditional cultural attire for the Gala Dinner.

How can I book a table for social events?

Only tables for the gala dinner may be reserved. All attendees of the congress are invited to the Gala Dinner. Table bookings will be open from April 1 to May 8, 2026, via an online form at no additional cost.

Reserving a table guarantees a designated spot for your company’s guests. Those without a reserved table will still find available seating at open tables.

REQUIREMENTS TO TRAVEL TO MACAO

Do I need a visa to travel to Macao?

Macau maintains a highly welcoming policy for international visitors, offering smooth entry for tourists and short-term business travelers. 

Visa-Free Entry: Citizens of approximately 80 countries can enter Macau without a visa for tourism or business. Stay duration varies by nationality. Nationals of the following countries are visa exempted: Albania, Andorra, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Cape Verde, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominica, Ecuador, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kiribati, Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mali, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Namibia, Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Oman, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Samoa, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Uruguay. 

Visa on Arrival: Travelers not visa-exempt and not from the six advance-visa countries can apply for a visa-on-arrival at Macau’s immigration checkpoints. The fee is MOP 200 for a single-entry visa and MOP 300 for a multiple-entry visa. Please check with your travel agency the requirements and documentation needed.  

Visa Required in Advance: Nationals of six countries must obtain a visa before arrival through a diplomatic mission of the People’s Republic of China or a representative office accredited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China. These countries are Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam

What do I do if I need an entry permit or visa to enter Macao?

You can find more information about immigration clearance on non-residents of Macao here. The INC strongly recommends checking your entry requirements with your travel agent or corresponding Chinese embassy or consulate.   

If needed, the INC can provide a letter of invitation for your Visa application. In order to get an invitation letter, your INC Membership and your congress registration must be paid. Please complete thefollowing formwith the details requested and we will send you the invitation letter as soon as possible.

Which airport is the closest to the Congress venue?

The nearest airport to the Galaxy Resort and Convention Center in Macao is the Macao International Airport (MFM), located just 4 kilometers away. For more information, please refer to the “How to get from Macao airport to the Galaxy Resort?” FAQ. 

The second nearest airport to the Galaxy Convention Center in Macao is the Hong Kong International Airport (HKG). For more information, please refer to the “How to get from Hong Kong airport to the Galaxy Resort?” FAQ.  

How to get from Macao International Airport to the Galaxy Resort?

You can easily reach the congress venue from the Macao International Airport by taxi, Galaxy Resort shuttle bus service, public transportation, or other means: 

Taxi: Taxis are readily available at the airport and offer a direct route to the Galaxy International Convention Center, taking around 10 minutes, depending on traffic.   

Galaxy Macao shuttle: The Galaxy Macao Integrated Resort offers a complimentary bus shuttle service to/from its premises. The journey takes about 20 minutes. For more details, please visit the Galaxy Macao official website.  

Light train: The Taipa Line covers the main residential communities in the city center of Taipa, Taipa village and tourist area, and links with 3 major sea, land and air ports of Macao. The journey between the Macao International Airport and the Galaxy International Convention Center (Cotai West station) takes about 15 minutes. Bus: The Galaxy International Convention Center can be reached by several bus lines. The journey takes about 20 minutes. For more details, please visit the TCM or the Transmac official websites.

How to get from Hong Kong International Airport to the Galaxy Resort?

If you are arriving at Hong Kong International Airport and need to reach your hotel in Macao, here are the main transport options: 

Direct bus service: From Hong Kong International Airport to Macao via the Hong Kong – Zhuhai – Macao Bridge, taking approximately 45-60 minutes (depending on traffic and border clearance). Tickets are available at the official website or at the airport. (Note: Do not go through immigration or collect your baggage upon arrival to Hong Kong. The bus staff will collect your luggage from the airline, and you will identify it before boarding. After arriving at HMZB Macao Port, you can take a taxi or the Galaxy Resort shuttle bus to reach your hotel.) 

Ferry: From Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal (Sheung Wan) to Macao, which takes approximately 60–70 minutes. You can find more information here 

Private transfer service: Available 24 hours, offering door-to-door transport via the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge. Private transfers must be arranged in advance.

What is the weather like in Macao?

Spring in Macao brings mild temperatures ranging from 23°C (73°F) to 28°C (82°F), with humidity levels between 70% and 80%. As the summer monsoon season approaches, precipitation becomes more frequent, with short bursts of rain alternating with sunny periods. 

What is the standard time in Macao?

Macao’s standard time is UTC+8. 

Which currency is used in Macao?

The currency in Macao is Pataca (MOP).

What is the standard electrical voltage in Macao?

The standard voltage in Macao is 220V at a frequency of 50Hz. The power plugs used in Macao are of the three-pin, square-shaped (British) type. 

Travellers should ensure they have the appropriate adapters or converters for their devices if their plugs are different. If your devices are not dual voltage and you’re coming from a region with a different voltage (e.g., 120V), a voltage converter is required to prevent damage to your equipment.
