Project end date and duration: October 2023 (3 months)
Abstract: As part of our many projects, we opened a summer school for 150 children of migrant workers during the hazelnut harvest times since 2018, so that the workers do not have to worry about their children and do not have to take them to harvesting fields.
The children are taken by school buses from their accommodation in the morning and driven back in the afternoon. They get breakfast and lunch, and are taught according to their age group in many different courses.
